Lovefit TOUGH Class Schedule

  • Lovefit TOUGH is a strength and conditioning class combining weights, plyometrics, cardio, and various exercise formats to add variety to the challenge. We lift, run, swing kettlebells, jump, and more. It is a functional fitness program to build a more vibrant, healthy life.

  • We believe that in order to preserve and build longevity for a vibrant life, women need to lift weights, do impact exercise, and participate in consistent "sprint-like" workouts. Our class sizes allow the coaches to give you more personalized attention to maximize the benefit of your workout.

  • Each class begins with a coach-guided dynamic warm-up, conditioning, strength training, and a cool-down. Once you walk in, you will begin to feel the energy of the Lovefit community. You will meet new friendly faces. Not only are the coaches available to answer any questions, but our Lovefit members are also an easy-going, accepting group. Walking through the door may be the hardest thing you do that day, even if it ends up being one of the toughest workouts you've ever had... so, make the determination to join us and experience Lovefit

  • Coaches will guide you through good form and proper technique before adding weight to any exercise. All workouts will be scaled (modified) to your individual ability level. Our coaches are VERY good at scaling the exercises while preserving the intended exercise stimulus.

  • Our coaches can work around most injuries and still give you a workout that will maximize the results on your fitness journey. Our head coach is a medical professional with years of experience treating musculoskeletal injuries and instructing fitness programs. Please check with your doctor before beginning ANY exercise program. Also inform our coaches of any injury or restrictions you may have. Modifying for injury, ability, and skill is one of our specialties.

  • Simply put, "toning" is strength training and body fat reduction. If this is your goal, then our program not only focuses on increasing strength but will assist in weight loss as long as it is associated with an appropriate diet. Don't be afraid of muscles. Stronger muscles will enhance your life!

  • Don't misunderstand, Lovefit TOUGH is... well, TOUGH! Our coaches are very aware of the daily challenge of our workouts. It's the program THEY use to stay in shape. Before you decide this is too much consider these facts: First, our coaches are experts at scaling (modifying) exercises to every fitness level. Second, our Lovefit members are friendly, accepting, and encouraging people that started somewhere too... maybe even where you are. We are in this together! Thirdly, you have to start somewhere. It may be with us, walking around your neighborhood, or even at a different gym; but start from where you are! We'd just LOVE IT if the first step of your fitness journey was with us.

  • Absolutely! Your first week of classes are free. We want you to be sure that our program is a good fit for you. Take advantage of our free classes to experience the positive energy of Lovefit and the challenge of Lovefit TOUGH!
